prices. We sell 1000's of brand new, Consumer Electronic products - up
to 70% OFF. To further enhance and differentiate our services, we have
designed this Customer Service Area, with a guaranteed turnaround response
time of 5-Hours (within Customer Service Business Hours). That means, that once you submit your request to one of
the following areas, one of our Dedicated Customer Service Representatives

PRODUCT
INFORMATION:
All items sold by BrandNamez are
Brand New (Grade A) and come in the original Manufacturer's Box. Sales
Tax will be applicable to all items shipped to the state of New York. BrandNamez
accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for all purchases. In addition
to all major Credit Cards, we also accept Certified Checks, Bank Checks, Money Orders, Western Union Transfers and Bank Wire Transfers.

Unless specifically requested by the Customer, at the time of placing the order (in comments section), all Multiple Product Orders are fulfilled on the first available
basis only. This may result in the partial fulfillment of your Order. Warranty terms, if any, apply only to merchandise shipped to the United States, Canada or Mexico. Merchandise
forwarded to other International locations may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior
to purchase, in regards to the Warranty Coverage.
BrandNamez makes no representations and
assumes no liability regarding whether any of the products or services
sold by BrandNamez are year 2000 compliant and are covered by the
original manufacturers warranty. Year 2000 representations
and warranty coverage information, if any, may be available directly from the manufacturer
of the product(s). Unless otherwise noted, BrandNamez is not an authorized dealer
for any of the product(s) offered. Furthermore, unless otherwise noted, BrandNamez is not affiliated with any
manufacturer(s), for any of the product(s) offered. As a result, some manufacturers may deny the Warranty Coverage.
However, please note that at BrandNamez, we stand behind every product that we sell. In those extreme cases, when the manufacturer refuses to service your
item(s) during the period of the Original Limited Manufacturer's warranty, we'll step in and service the product(s) for you, in accordance with the terms of the Original Manufacturer's Warranty. This statement doesn't apply to any International orders, except Canada.
By submitting your Credit Card, you fully authorize BrandNamez to bill your
Credit Card for the product charges and any shipping charges, associated with your Order, at
any given period of time, within 36-Months of your purchase. Your Credit Card will only be charged
after your Order has been fully processed and your product has been transferred to the Shipping Terminal.
Please note that in some rare cases, your Credit Card may NOT be billed right away, due to the Technical issues or delay in Billing issues.
In this type of cases, you fully authorize BrandNamez, to bill your Credit Card for any outstanding
account balance, at any given period of time, within 36-Months of your purchase. Furthermore, in some cases
the Shipping Charges, for your product(s), may not be displayed in your Shopping Basket, on the Checkout Page. Please note
that we don't offer any "Free Shipping" or "Free Shipping Upgrade" options. In this type of cases, please refer to the schedule on the
Product Description Page, for any Shipping Charges Information. Please note that there is an additional $5.00 handling (besides shipping charges)
for all Canadian Orders and APO/FPO Order. By submitting your Credit Card, you fully authorize
BrandNamez, to bill your Credit Card for any shipping and handling charges (if NOT displayed in the Shopping Basket),
in accordance with the schedule on the product description page.
All International Customers are responsible for any Duties and/or Taxes, assessed by their Country and/or Common Carrier. None of our fees include any Duties and/or Taxes. Please research about any Duties and/or Taxes, prior to placing your Order with us.
By submitting your Credit Card, you fully authorize BrandNamez to charge an additional fee of $10.00 for any Credit Card Dispute that the Customer has wrongfully initiated.

ORDER STATUS:
Most of our Orders are processed within a 48 Business Hours Period. For any additional
order status inquires, including the Tracking information, please E-Mail

RETURNS POLICY:
Defective or Damaged items may be returned only for a replacement,
within a 5-Days period from the arrival of the product. Items returned for a
replacement must be in the original condition including packaging, manuals,
accessories and other documents and freight prepaid. The Customer will be responsible for the return Shipping Charges.
On the other hand, we'll cover the Shipping Charges for the replacement product(s). Prior to returning
the product, the Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA#) from BrandNamez, in writing, via E-Mail. After the 5-Days period from the arrival
of the product(s), absolutely no items will be accepted back, for the replacements and/or repairs. Items, such as defective Projection TV's; Picture Tube TV's; Plasma TV's; LCD TV's; DLP TV's (27-Inches and Over) and/or discontinued defective items, are not covered
under the 5-Days Return Policy. All repairs or replacements for defective Projection TV's; Picture Tube TV's; Plasma TV's; LCD TV's; DLP TV's (27-Inches and Over) and discontinued
defective items must be attempted to be handled directly with the manufacturer, from the delivery date of the product. All sales on A/V Furniture items are final. If possible, replacement parts will be provided for Damaged or Defective A/V Furniture items, as long as the Customer notifies us within 5-Days from the arrival date. Items that are lost and/or stolen while
in transit, are subject to the product replacement only. If the replacement is not available, due to the fact that the lost and/or stolen item has been discontinued, a Store Credit
will be issued. The 5-Day period doesn't apply to any International orders. All Store Credits are valid for a period of 6-months, from the date issued. All sales for International Orders are final.
At BrandNamez, we stand behind every product
that we sell. If we have made an error, we will correct it right away.
Any items that were shipped in error (wrong items shipped) and/or advertised in error are subject to the product replacement. If the replacement is not available, due to the fact that the original item has been discontinued, a Store Credit will be issued. Items shipped and/or advertised in error,
must be returned in the original condition including packaging, manuals, accessories and other documentation. The Customer must notify us within a 5-Days period from the arrival of the product, about any items that were shipped and/or advertised in error. Absolutely no items (that were shipped and/or advertised in error) will be accepted and taken back after the 5-Days period. Also, if possible, please make sure that you received the correct product, prior to opening the original manufacturer's box. Unless otherwise noted,
all Multiple Product Orders are fulfilled on the first available basis only. This may result in the partial fulfillment of your Order.
BrandNamez will charge a 25% restocking fee plus any
applicable shipping and handling charges for any refused shipments, unauthorized returns (Unopened), non-defective returns (Unopened) or cancelled orders that
have been already processed. Additional charges may apply if the item returned is not in the original condition
including packaging, manuals, accessories, and other documents. Absolutely no items will be accepted and taken back after the 5-Day period and/or without
the Original Manufacturer's Box. Also, we'll not accept back any opened, non-defective and/or non-damaged merchandise. Furthermore, we'll not accept back any Special Order and/or unique items, and/or discontinued items, even if they are Unopened. All sales on Special Order and/or unique items, and/or discontinued items are final. Please carefully research your product, prior to making a purchase with us. We highly recommend that
you conduct your product research through multiple sources. Please don't rely strictly on the product information that is shown on our Website. BrandNamez will charge a 30% restocking fee for all cancelled Extended Warranty Contracts. Please keep in mind that all offers, promotions and prices are subject to change without notice.
